- Discovering the toxic truth about breast implants and overcoming breath implant illness
- Why Botox could be aging you
- Overcoming toxic beauty and joining the non-toxic beauty revolution
Diane talks about the meaning of beauty in America. We will all go to the extremes for beauty, and it poisons our bodies in the name of being drop-dead gorgeous. Beauty costs us a lot of money, and it costs us our time and our health. When you raise a daughter, society wants them to be focused on their looks and on outside validation. It’s time that we wake up to these unrealistic standards.
As a young child, Diane got a lot of praise from her father. Her love language became words of affirmation. These love languages can be applied to your relationships, children, and business partners. Give people what it is that makes them feel good. Diane has done a lot of work to understand her programming, and women should do the same before starting a detox. You can learn the fanciest diet, but if your programming is stuck in one mindset, it needs to be handled first.
Diane then speaks about how her intense training kept her slim and toned – but flat-chested and ashamed. At a photography shoot, the photographer told her that she would need DD breasts to make it in the industry. That comment got planted in Diane’s ego, and it made her feel inadequate. It only took a couple of weeks until Diane was shopping for boobs. From the very moment Diane got breast implants, she felt sick.
Our bodies are our temples; they are not torture chambers. When a woman says that she got breast implants because she wanted more confidence, they are blinded by the fact that they have shame. If you’re not confident, then you’re carrying shame. It’s time to face that the fact that we have shame. Let’s sit in our shame and understand that it’s our programming. Then, you can start to deprogram your mind and upgrade your system.
Post-implants, Diane had belly bloat, constipation, and diarrhea. Her metabolic function went whack; she became carbohydrate intolerant. Our bodies always know when we are betraying it. Symptoms are language from the soul, telling us that something is not right. For ten years, Diane fought inflammation from her implants. If she didn’t work out every day, she would have a bowling ball-shaped face – a sign of thyroid dysfunction.
Plus, we talk about Botox and how it can cause the downfall of your health. Actually, Botox travels to different parts of your body, like the heart, kidney, brain, and lungs. The Botox will slow down these parts of our bodies and wreak havoc. Patients with Botox also have an increased rate of infections; most common are upper respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, and sinusitis. Once you realize toxic beauty is destroying your health, it’s time to pull yourself out of it.
Later, we speak about what to do if you’re ready for an explant and some alternatives to breast implants. Plus, we discuss how to overcome toxic beauty and advice about joining the non-toxic beauty revolution.
Diane’s message for the world is that beauty is the relentless pursuit to fulfill one life’s purpose in the name of loving all that is imperfections and imbalances.

I enjoyed this podcast. Thank you! I’m a firm believer in treating my body as a temple. I had 30 yr old silicone implants removed a year ago. It has been so wonderful to have them out. My body has responded wonderfully and I’m detoxing so much better and I feel great. One aspect that Diane did not talk about is choosing an appropriate doctor to remove the implants. All plastic surgeons will say they can do this. Yes they all can but unless they have a lot of experience doing this you may end up with a lot of recovery time, and sub ideal results. Removing the implants en bloc is very important in some cases. Removing the capsule is essential. Many doctors do not do this and they say it will absorb. This is not true. I studied this for 3 years because I intuitively felt it was important to do this right. I decided on a doctor in Southern California. I had to wait 10 months for my appointment because he is so good and so busy and this is all he does now. Explanations. It was worth every minute and every penny. He did a wonderful job. I never even took a pain pill. I also had a lift. I healed very quickly. One year later and I’m so blessed to have it behind me. I just wanted to emphasize that it is very important to pick a good experienced physician in explanation and to remove the implants in the most healthy way possible. He gave the implants back to me. I still have them strangely. I’m not sure why yet. Thank you for spreading the word about toxic beauty.
I loved this podcast. I have a Botox question. I have a coworker that gets the injections for migraines. Does that really help? Is it harmful to her?
We believe it’s harmful.
