New toxins are being introduced into our environment everyday.

We have and abundance of toxins in our food, water, air, clothing, furniture, cleaning products, and beauty products. These toxins were not present years ago.

Unfortunately, the more these toxins buildup in your body the more damage they create.

The three areas they damage the most are your liver, gut, and brain.

Once these organs become overloaded your hormones will be thrown off, your immune system becomes depressed, your thyroid will be damaged, and you hold onto weight.

Some of the classic conditions that appear from toxic overload are:

  • trouble losing weight
  • low energy
  • depression
  • anxiety
  • brain fog
  • insomnia
  • chronic pain
  • hormone imbalance
  • malfunctioning thyroid
  • infertility

If you go to treat these conditions with medications, you are only throwing more toxins at a toxic problem. This is why so many people get on medications and don’t feel better.

So, what do you do if you think you have an overload of toxins?

Start a detox.

But what kind of detox should you do? How do you know what is right for you?

In my office I have 3 layers of detoxing that I coach my patients through:

  1. 15-Day GI & Liver Detox
  2. 30-Day Ketosis Detox
  3. 60-Day Heavy Metal & Pesticide Detox

If you have never detoxed before, I highly recommend the 15-Day Detox. The details of that detox are in my books The Reset Factor and The Reset Factor Kitchen. You can find them on Amazon.

If you have detoxed before and didn’t get the result you wanted. Then you need to be coached through a detox. Everyone’s toxic load effects different organs. One person may need more gut repair while another needs toxins to be pulled out of their brain.

If you are frustrated with your health. Reach out. We are seeing miracles all the time in my office. There is often a lifestyle solution to your health problems.

I have attached my FB live I did last Friday on toxins. I put some great visuals in this video to help you understand what toxins are doing to your health.

Hope that helps! Reach out if you need anything.

Have an awesome day!
