- Ways to determine if food is causing your mental stress
We need to listen to our bodies and get beyond our physical form. Throw the scale away! The important thing is that you love living in your body. When you get dressed, you should feel good about the body that you’re living in. The scale is so meaningless, what are you measuring, and why does it matter? Instead, find a more useful way to measure your wellness.
When we have food struggles, it’s not always about food. In fact, it is very rarely about food. It’s time to break free and evolve from those complications. When you fast, all your thoughts about food will bubble up to the surface. Food is a state changer. In a moment when something is not feeling good, people will use food to change their state of mind. During a fast, you will get the opportunity to create a new skillset. Instead, you can go for a walk, listen to music, or do a puzzle to feel better.
Food is the most readily available source of pleasure. In this world today, we are running around and overstimulated. Figure out where the other sources of pleasure are. What kind of pleasure can you add-in? Name the top ten things you would do on a Saturday off of work. Make sure those things are happening to you at least two to three times a day. Here are some examples of state changes that you can use in your everyday life:
- Hiking
- Getting out in nature
- Music
- Dance
- Reading
- Meditation
- Sauna
- Take a walk around the block
- Bath
- Herbal tea
Then, Autumn speaks about limiting beliefs. Our thoughts are not facts. So, where do they come from? Our thoughts come from society, parents, and other people. Remember, you are not your thoughts. Sit, acknowledge, and appreciate your thoughts. These thoughts are your brain trying to keep you safe. When fasting, you will see remarkable health transformations. When a limiting belief comes up around fasting, appreciate it, and understand where it’s coming from.
Plus, Autumn explains how to improve our overall wellness. Pick one element of your life and focus on it for a whole month. After that month, you can switch to the next habit. It’s a daily decision to remember who you are and what you are here to do. When you are trying to manifest what you want in your life, then you need to be grateful for what you already have.Stay tuned as Autumn explains how to tune into your body, the importance of organ supplements, and the inspiration behind her company Paleo Valley.
Autumn’s message for the world is that we are connected, and you are enough.

This was awesome, definitely a mood booster for me, especially at the end. Now, I want to get a rocking chair for my new deck … great way to being and end my day resetting my circadian rhythms (weather permitting).
