Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Sweet Potato, shredded
  • Grass fed butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Shred sweet potato & mix in salt & pepper. On medium heat, melt butter in frying pan. Place 1/4 cup shredded sweet potato in a circular shape. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side, until done.
