SIBO PROTOCOL ONE
This protocol is for you if you have any of the following symptoms:
You know you have small intestinal bacteria overgrowth when you have two or more of the symptoms below. What many of our patients do, is our gut zoomer test so they can better understand how much bad bacteria is in their gut, and to what degree it is contributing to their symptoms. If you want more information on that test, click here.
Weight Loss Resistance
This is not for you if
If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult your doctor before following this protocol.
What you need: (1) L-Gut, (1) Tai-Ra-Chi, (1) Bactrex #3
If you know you have SIBO, you would strongly benefit from a diet that consists of mostly meat and fat. I recommend to my SIBO patients, that they minimize vegetable intake, especially garlic and onions, as the fibers tend to feed the bad bacteria. Once the SIBO is under control, you can go back to eating these vegetables.
How long will this take? 1 months
What do I do after the protocol?
If your symptoms are resolved after a month, you should be able to manage SIBO by following the diet protocol above. If symptoms persist, you may need to progress into candida protocol two. We often have patients with severe SIBO that have to alternate protocols one and two for up to six months. If after six months, your SIBO is not resolved, please contact us at [email protected]
