This protocol was developed for our patients who were deficient in neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are made in the gut, and if the gut is not healthy, then you will lack the proper neurotransmitters such as dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin , and endorphins.  These are your happy hormones, and our happiness reset is designed to re-balance those. It is advised, for long term correction, that you repair your gut so that you may properly produce neurotransmitters.

What you need: (1) Neurosyn & (1) Calm

Dietary Guidelines: Follow 45 day Reset outlined in Dr. Mindy’s book The Reset Factor. 

How long will this take? These supplements are to be taken on an “as needed” basis. During times of stress and unhappiness you would take (2) two Neuorsyn in the afternoon (no later than 2PM) and (2) two Calm with dinner. In extreme anxiety cases, Dr. Mindy recommends Calm during the day, when you anxiety is at its worst. 

What to Expect? Our patients often report back that Neurosyn gives them mental clarity, energy, and a lift in mood. They also report that Calm slows the anxious thoughts down and makes them feel more mellow.

What do I do after the protocol? This protocol should be used on an “as needed” basis. If you are finding that you have to rely on it month-after-month, it’s time to get your gut checked to see why you are not producing enough neurotransmitters.
