Some of you are noticing that your health is not what it used to be.
MANY of you are truly suffering when it comes to your health. Or resigned to just live with your symptoms. I hear so many of your stories and the pain you are going through. My heart aches for you. Poor health can take over your life and rob you of the joy you so greatly deserve.
I promise you though that there is another way. A different approach to your health that most Americans are not taking. An approach that if you choose to take it will change your life.
But it means giving up the paradigm so many of us were taught.
Think back to when you were a little kid. Most of us were taught if you feel well you are well. Seems logical, right? Then one day you got a cold. You feel horrible, your mom gives you a pill. Instantly you felt better.
This created a memory for you. A thought that got imbedded in your brain. A message that if you feel bad you have a problem, you take a pill and the problem goes away.
You manage your health (and your life) this way for years. Asthma, depression, pain, colds all cured by a pill.
Then one day the pill stops working. You are frustrated. You must have taken the wrong pill, so you try another. That one doesn’t work. So you take multiple pills. That doesn’t work, so you take a natural pill. That doesn’t work, so you start searching. Searching for the “right” pill. You run out of solutions. Frustration, despair, anxiety sets in. You don’t know another way, because this is the way that has worked for years.
You will hear me say all the time, YOUR BODY IS A MIRACLE.
That symptom you are experiencing? That is your body trying to repair itself.
If you want the symptom to go away, you are going to have to figure out what the body wants to repair. One problem, one pill, one solution is never a lasting solution to your health problems. If it was, America would be the healthiest country, not the sickest.
If you want to get well you are going to have to do two things:
1. HEAL YOUR CELLS
You are made up of 72 trillion cells. All of them working together to keep you functioning right. But every day these cells are exposed to toxins such as glyphosate, mercury, lead, and mold. Toxins that inflame the cells.
When the cells are inflamed, they don’t bring in the nutrients you are taking. They don’t hear the hormones you body is secreting, the don’t produce the energy your body needs to function properly.
If you want to get well, you have to fix the cell. There is a strategy to fixing the cell and I will be teaching it at our next RESET DINNER.
2. TAKE A MULTI THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
When your body begins to breakdown, it’s rarely one problem. Normally there are multiple breakdowns that are happening to create a symptom. This is why one pill or onesupplement is NEVER the lasting solution.
Take hormones for example. If your hormones are out of control causing you hot flashes, weight gain, depression, and fatigue. There are a lot of systems you need to look at to bring those hormones back into balance. Your nervous system, your gut, your liver all play a part in the balancing of your hormones.
Just treating the hormones. Just taking a pill to calm the systems will never be a lasting solution. You need to address all the components of the body that allow the hormones to function right.
It may sound complicated or confusing, but really it’s not. Once you step into the world of fixing the cell and approaching it from a multi therapeutic approach, you WILL get your life back. I promise! I see it everyday in my office.
