Ketobiotic Avocado Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut (best option is high quality kraut from the refrigerated section)
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese (goat or sheep preferred)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, smash avocado until desired texture is achieved.
  2. Stir in sauerkraut until well mixed.
  3. Sprinkle feta cheese, if using, on top or mix in.
  4. Enjoy alone or as a spread or dip for veggies.
