Ok let’s get right to the point today.

I know I have been there.

When I turned 40yo I was in the best shape of my life. The top of my game. I had a successful career, my kids were 10 & 7 (great ages!), insane amounts of energy, and was pretty much happy all the time.

Then something hit me. It was about a year after my 40th birthday that my health started to change. For the first time in my life, depression kicked in.

Crying for no reason.

Anger over the littlest things.

Paranoia that was hard to beat.

Hot flashes that caused me to change the bed sheets many nights.

Chronically waking up at 2am and not being able to get back to sleep.

Muscle fatigue that made working out tough.

And belly fat that started to build even though my nutrition hadn’t changed.

I felt like I was living in someone else’s body.

I am not one to live with discomfort long. If a problem show’s up in my life, I get to work to solve it. So I started researching what had shifted in me. MASSIVE research.

What was causing this dramatic swing in my physical & mental health?

It took me 7 years to figure all the pieces out. But I more clear than ever on what caused the sudden appearance of all these symptoms. I went to work and repaired my body and mind. I am happy to report that at 47yo I feel happier and healthier than ever before.
