Eating healthy isn’t just a fad. Research is now showing us that it is life saving.

At our Cancer Prevention Workshop on Saturday, I explained how healthy cells turn into cancer cells just from eating the wrong foods.

I also talked about how researchers are now putting a huge focus on one particular part of the cell called the mitochondria. If we can keep this part of the cell healthy, we can slow down the progression of diseases like cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, and chronic fatigue.
