One of my favorite coffee hacks that also helps lower inflammation in the body. I love having different variations to play with, especially when it comes to my coffee in the morning. I’ll be super honest, i’m not great at measuring (just takes too much time ???? ) so I did my best with the recipe below! Test it out and tell me what you think!

YIELD: 1 Yummy cup of coffee | PREP TIME: 5 minutes | TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes



  • Organic- Mold Free Coffee ( you can find my favorite here)
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk (also tastes amazing with raw milk or raw cream)


  • Brew Coffee, or if you have an espresso machine, one-two shots will do
  • Put Turmeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, and Vanilla into favorite mug
  • Pour coconut milk into favorite mug
  • Add coffee
  • Sit, or better yet, froth all the ingredients together
  • Top with some cinnamon
  • Drink & Enjoy!
