Fasting Techniques

Fasting is one of the tools that I use with almost all of my patients. It’s a FANTASTIC way to speed up the healing process, let organs repair, and allow your body to burn stored fat.

Every month in my Resetter Group, we do a group fast for 5 days. It’s a great way to hold yourself accountable and be apart of a healing community.

Fasting Techniques we practice:

Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent Fasting: 12-16 hours with no food

*Fatty coffee or tea is okay.

Dinner-Dinner Fasting

Dinner-Dinner Fasting: 22-24 hours with no food

*Fatty coffee or tea okay

Dry Fasting

Dry Fasting: 12-24 with NOTHING 🙂

Fast Mimicking

Fast Mimicking: 6 hour eating window, under 1000 calories, and under 20 grams of protein (no anima protein)

5 Day water Fast

5 Day Water Fast: Just water for 5 days 🙂
