The Two Nutrients You Need
One of the biggest concerns as we age? Collagen loss. If you’ve started noticing more wrinkles, joint stiffness, or slower recovery from injuries, chances are your collagen levels are declining—especially if you’re a woman over 40. But don’t worry, there’s a simple fix!
In this episode, I’m revealing two key nutrients that will help you naturally boost collagen production, keep your skin glowing, and your joints strong. Plus, I’ll be answering five of your most asked questions about protein intake, fasting, and how to break a fast without overeating.
Let’s work with aging, not against it!
