No doubt fasting is gaining a lot of attention these days.
And with good reason.
In my twenty years in practice, fasting is one of the quickest ways I have ever seen to speed up the healing.
Seriously, your body is a miracle! And unfortunately, many of you haven’t been taught that.
In fact, your body is so miraculous it has comes equipped with a self-repair system. A repair system that eats toxins, rejuvenates old cells and kills bad bacteria. Fasting allows you to access this miraculous repair system.
But it’s not as simple as just giving up food. There are strategies you can put in place to get the most out of your fast. This is why one time a month, I coach my online community through a 5-day fasting experience.
I call it Fast Training Week.
For 5 days, everyone gets to exercise their fasting muscles.

Here’s how it works…
We will start the fast on Monday, May 7th and finish at dinner on Friday, May 11th. You have several options you can do for your fast,
• Intermittent Fasting (13-15hrs without food)
• Dinner to Dinner Fasting (24hrs without food)
• Fast Mimicking (24hrs without food and your one meal is less than 800 calories)
• Water Fasting (5-Days without food)
• Dry Fasting (12-24hrs without food)
