I’ve coached a lot of people back to health.
And one symptom that derails so many of you from achieving your health goals is your sweet tooth.
For some of you it’s irrational. You know you shouldn’t be eating sweets, but you just can’t help it.
Others of you know a sugary treat will lift your moods fast, so it’s your go to fix for troubled times.
But if you want to lose weight, get more energy, and live in your dream body you are going to have to figure out how to get your sweet tooth under control.
Here is why you crave sweets and what you can do about it:
When your adrenals are overused they become depleted. Your adrenals give you energy in times of stress.
If your stress is constantly high, your adrenals will eventually where down. When a stressful event comes along, they won’t respond. In order for your body to get the necessary surge of energy to handle the stress, it will cause you to crave sugar.
If you have been following my emails for sometime, you know how to fix your adrenals. If you think you are adrenal fatigued, respond to this email and I will share with you my adrenal repair tricks.
On FB this week, I’ve been doing a series on your gut. Yesterday, I did a video on Candida. I’ve attached it below.
Candida is a fungus that lives in your gut. In order for it to stay alive it makes you crave sweets. Candida lives on carbohydrates & sweets. The starchier sugary treats you eat, the more you keep this fungus alive.
Candida can destroy your health fast. It will give you brain fog, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, weight gain, and disrupt your moods.
Watch the video below on how you kill Candida.
I have seen so many sugar addicts kick the habit by handling the two imbalances above. I promise you, you have more control than you may realize over your sugar cravings.
Hope that helps! Reach out if you need anything.
Thank you to all of you who have been sharing my emails and videos. I am on a mission to give you the tools to control your health. The more people that understand this information the more disease we can prevent.
I’m cheering you on!
