Happy Martin Luther King Day!

There is so much to celebrate on a day like today. The progress we have made as a country in equal rights has been huge. Yet, it took several EXTREMELY brave and committed people to stand up and say enough is enough. It's time to change. Where would we be if people like MLK didn't speak out, put their necks out, and never stop shouting about the injustices of their time.

This is how I feel about the state of health in our country. People are sick. Cancer rates are up. More and more toxins are being approved everyday that are destroying our health. And the only solution people are being given is more toxins, more drugs, more surgeries. It's not working and it's time for people to speak out and demand a better answer.

I know it is much easier to take a pill to solve your health problems. It doesn't require any personal action. Yet all too often medications are short-term benefits to the brain, but long term consequences to the body. Each new pill weakens the body more and more.

If we want to change health in our country, we need to change the way we LOOK at health. It often takes years for the body to breakdown from physical, chemical, and emotional stress. For many when symptoms appear, the breakdowns have been happening for decades.

This is why when I coach someone to better health, I don't just give them a fancy supplement or a miraculous adjustment. I give them a complete toolbox. One that is customized to them and the breakdowns that have occurred in their body. I help them rebuild their health from the inside out.

This Saturday, January 23rd, I am doing a HEALTH MAKEOVER for my community. I only do two of these a year. This one is extremely special, because not only will I be teaching you how to heal your body, but I will be talking about how to heal your brain as well. Here's what you will learn:

  • how to break any habit that is holding you back from being healthy.
  • why an imbalance in your gut may be making you depressed.
  • what triggers the obesity gene that has you holding on to unnecessary weight.
  • how to lose weight FOR GOOD.
  • why healthy relationships are so important to keeping your body healthy and what you can do to strengthen the relationships in your life.
  • what nutrients your brain needs to function properly and keep you mentally sharp all day long.
  • how to pull toxins out of your body that might be making you fatigued and depressing your immune system.
I promise you it will be life changing! Those of you that know me, know that I am committed to giving you better answers. I am committed to teaching people how their bodies work and what they can do to heal naturally.

Join me on Saturday. Let me give you the tools to reset your health.

Call my office at 408-298-8092 for tickets. We only have 50 seats left, so call today. You can also email me back at this email for more info.

Have an awesome day! Reach out if you have any questions.
