There is so much to celebrate on a day like today. The progress we have made as a country in equal rights has been huge. Yet, it took several EXTREMELY brave and committed people to stand up and say enough is enough. It's time to change. Where would we be if people like MLK didn't speak out, put their necks out, and never stop shouting about the injustices of their time.
This is how I feel about the state of health in our country. People are sick. Cancer rates are up. More and more toxins are being approved everyday that are destroying our health. And the only solution people are being given is more toxins, more drugs, more surgeries. It's not working and it's time for people to speak out and demand a better answer.
I know it is much easier to take a pill to solve your health problems. It doesn't require any personal action. Yet all too often medications are short-term benefits to the brain, but long term consequences to the body. Each new pill weakens the body more and more.
If we want to change health in our country, we need to change the way we LOOK at health. It often takes years for the body to breakdown from physical, chemical, and emotional stress. For many when symptoms appear, the breakdowns have been happening for decades.
This is why when I coach someone to better health, I don't just give them a fancy supplement or a miraculous adjustment. I give them a complete toolbox. One that is customized to them and the breakdowns that have occurred in their body. I help them rebuild their health from the inside out.
