The ONE thing you need to eat to prevent cancer & chronic disease

After years of studying nutrition, I am convinced that if there was one food you could eat to minimize your chance of getting cancer and most chronic diseases it would be ENZYMES.

What are enzymes and how important are they?

Enzymes are proteins that are required FOR EVERY single chemical action that takes place in your body!

Every cell in your body, every organ, the bones, muscles, and every tissue is run by enzymes.

Your digestive system, immune system, bloodstream, liver, kidneys, spleen, and pancreas, as well as your ability to see, think, feel, and breathe, all depend on enzymes.

Every hormone your body produces needs enzymes in order to work properly. In fact, every single metabolic function from your stamina, your energy level, your ability to utilize vitamins and minerals to your body’s immune system, are all governed by enzymes.

How long you will live is directly related to the exhaustion your enzyme potential. (the more enzymes you use and exhaust the faster you age)
So what is the answer?

1. STOP EATING SO MUCH COOKED FOOD

Processing and cooking food destroys whatever enzymes were originally in the food. Any sustained heat of approximately 118°-129° destroys virtually all enzymes. The result is that most of the food we eat enters our stomach seriously devoid of enzymes.

What happens next?

The food then sits there for an hour and very little pre-digestion taking place. Even after the stomach acid has done its work, the food enters the small intestine largely undigested.

This undigested food will begin to create inflammation, then create a leaky gut and then the undigested proteins, etc. can leak into the blood creating the immune system to begin an attack.

2. INCREASE YOUR AMOUNT OF RAW FRUITS & VEGETABLES
