3 best ways to HACK your HEALTH

I keep seeing this word over and over again- Hack

When I think of something being hacked into, I think of it as a negative event. But recently I keep seeing the word hack used in a positive way-life hack, brain hack. Something about this word intrigued me.

So I did a little research and found a fantastic description of what it meant to hack something;

“The act of hacking is requires tremendous creativity. A hack is an innovative and unorthodox way to crack big problems.”

Then it hit me. This is exactly what I have spent much of my career doing; hacking people’s health.

Before you think I am crazy, let me explain what I mean.

Our bodies are complex and powerful. Because the body is so complicated, people don’t take the time to learn how it works. Yet, I have spent over half my life studying how the body heals and what I have come to appreciate is that we have an intelligence inside us that if you know how to tap into it, you will avoid disease, have endless energy, and overcome any health challenge you are facing.

The key to speeding up your healing is to figure out how to hack into this intelligence. There are several keys to hacking into this intelligence.

But just like the definition above stated- you have to be innovative and perhaps a bit unorthodox.

Here are my top 3 ways to hack your health and give you the quickest result possible. Apply these principles and what might have taken years to accomplish with your health, could literally take weeks:

1. Choose your carbs wisely

If you counted your carbs as closely as a diabetic did, you would feel fantastic!

The worst carbohydrates for your health are any sugar products, breads, pastas, alcohol, and high sugared fruits.

If you want the fastest path to losing weight, getting better mental clarity, and have a ridiculous amount of energy- stop eating a diet high in carbohydrates. This is one of the best nutrition hacks I know and will give you immediate results.

2. Turn your power on

I have shocking news for you. This intelligence that you want to hack into runs through your nervous system. In order to tap into that intelligence you have to improve how your nervous system functions.

The fastest way to improve your nervous system is thru the health of your spine. Your spine’s job is to be a bony armor for your nervous system. To protect it. Anything that damages your spine, will weaken your nervous system.

People think that the purpose of a chiropractic adjustment is to help pinched nerves so they can get out of pain. But that is such small piece of what a chiropractic adjustment does. An adjustment takes pressure off nerves so that your brain and body can communicate. When you improve their communication, you speed up healing.

3. Make an oil change

Your brain needs fat. Stop depriving it. When you avoid fat, you weaken your brain. If you want to accelerate your healing you need to give your brain the nutrients it’s needs.

When you decide to let go of the low fat myth you have been told for many years and begin to add good fats in your whole body will change. You will think clearer, have more sustained energy, and begin to lose weight. Your body needs fat to burn fat.

The more popular good fats I recommend are avocado oil, avocados, coconut oil, olive oil (unheated), raw nuts, and grass fed beef.

Apply these three hacks on a consistent basis and you will see miracles happen in your body.
