Why your BRAIN QUIT working



Are you noticing more days of foggy thinking, memory loss, lack of focus and concentration?

The medical community has given this condition a label. They call it adult ADD or in woman perimenopause.

I call it toxicity.

The good news is that you CAN reset your brain. If you want your brain to function properly there are several things you need to do.

1. Eat more good fat

It is not a coincidence that when we became a fat free obsessed culture, dementia, Alzheimer, ADD, depression, anxiety all started to become more frequent.

Your brain is made up of sixty percent fat. It needs good fat to function properly. When you go on a low fat diet you deprive your brain of the essential nutrient it needs.

Good fats include: coconut oil, avocados, organic grass fed butter, grass fed beef, raw nuts, avocado oil, and wild salmon.

2. Rebalance your neurotransmitters

If you read my book, The Reset Factor, you know that neurotransmitters are the hormones that make your brain function properly. The most common neurotransmitter that many of you know is Serotonin. Serotonin makes you happy. You need lots of it to keep the happy thoughts coming.

Unfortunately neurotransmitters are made in the gut. I say unfortunately because the gut continues to get damaged on a daily basis from the foods you are eating. One reason we have seen such an increase in depression and anxiety is because it is estimated that over 90% of the population is dealing with a damaged gut. The scary part is most people don't know their gut is damaged.

When people go through my 45-Day Reset, they almost always notice an improvement in their moods. This is because the reset protocol is made to repair your gut. When you repair your gut, you will rebalance those neurotransmitters.

3. Improve your brain's lymphatics

You were born with a lymphatic system that clears toxins, protein build up, and mucous from your brain.

There is one thing you need to keep this system functioning right; good posture.

The Journal of Neuroscience studied the brain’s lymphatic system and found that when your posture is bad, especially conditions like forward head syndrome and changes in spinal curves, the toxins build up in the brain.

This is why when you get a chiropractic adjustment you feel more clear headed and often happier. It opens up the lymphatic system and allows the brain to detoxify.

4. Remove Toxins that damage the brain

There are five toxins you get exposed to in your life that will damage the brain. They are:

Mercury (dental amalgams, flu shots, fish consumption, and vaccines)
Aluminum (sunscreens and vaccines)
Glyphosate (GMO’s, conventional grains, non-organic produce)
Mold (water damaged homes/buildings or air conditioners)
Diet Sodas (artificial sweeteners)

I know many of you are looking at this list and thinking “I have been exposed to all of those”. This is exactly why so many people are suffering. And this is why I am on a mission to get this information out to my community.
