Ingredients

  •  24 ounces of organic tomato paste
  • 1 ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a pan
2. Place onto stove and bring to simmer for ten minutes

Variations:
• Spicy: add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and/or red pepper flakes
• Sweeter: add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
• Less Tangy: Substitute water for some of the balsamic vinegar
