- 4 pomegranates, seeds separated
- 1 small sweet yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 navel orange, juiced
- 6 drops of habanero sauce
- 2 tbsp organic sugar
- 1 tspn Redmond’s Sea Salt
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients
- Cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend
