I just finished the podcast and am reviewing his site deciding which oil to begin with. I’m also reading the comments on the forum and all together it is a bit confusing. While Andreas site is very good it would help greatly if you could collate the comments about the different oils over the months as people try them.

I just received my Andreas 5 seed oil and though I listened to the podcast I’m not sure how to introduce them in my fasting/ diet / day. Could you share how You would incorporate this? I currently use Sports Research MCT in my coffee each morning.
